Greg's journey took him to both eastern and western medical professionals, neurologists, kinesiologists, psychologists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and some practitioner's who's style could not traditionally be described.
Not happy with the answers and methods he found, he looked to a wider range of human movement, performance and rehabilitation modalities with the goal of solving his own movement and pain issues.
His continuing quest for ways to maintain performance as we age and live a healthy and pain free life benefits his clients on a daily basis.
Now in his mid 50's, Greg still competes in road cycling and mountain bike events. He also plays badminton in International Masters competition. Winning 3 medals in the 2017 World Masters Games and US Masters titles in 2018, 2019 & 2022 in singles, men's doubles and mixed doubles.
