This is a cycling training camp. It's not a cycle-tourist vacation.
We are not racing but the goal is to ride between 25-30 hours for the week, each day will vary is distance between 40-70 miles. I structure the days so that we have hard days and easy days and enough time to recover.
The goal is to have riders who are all capable of riding a similar pace, so every rider gets benefit from the camp and no one person feels like they are holding the group back. If you can ride 14-18mph for a 2-3 hour ride then you'll get the most out of your trip.
Each camper receives a 12 week training plan for their trip which will put you in the best shape to get the most out of the trip.

If you have someone you are traveling with and they will not be part of the cycling group we can accommodate them. There will be a small reduction in the cost. As they will still be part of our group and the other activities we undertake off the bike. Chat with me about this first.
Yes, you can absolutely bring your own bike. The hotel has storage for ~100 bikes and has a mechanic on site for small repairs and there are many local bike stores we work with.
Talk to me about traveling with your bike and I can explain the +/- about it.
The hotel also has a fleet of high quality rental bikes. So if you would rather rent a bike we can arrange that also. The cost of bike rental is ~$300USD for the week.
