With more than 30 years of coaching experience and working with everyone from first-timers to professionals as well as more than 40 years of racing experience.

We focus on the coaching relationship and meeting you where you are right now. We can't make a new you, our goal is to make the best version of the current you.

Using the latest research and combining this with our extensive experience, we craft a plan to help you achieve the goals you seek. 

Our minimum athlete commitment is 16 weeks of training. We believe this is the least amount of time in which we can develop a quality program.

State of the art equipment in the fit studio

We understand cycling can be an expensive sport when you're getting your kids in to it. But just because they're young doesn't mean they don't need to be positioned correctly on their bike. As they grow they also require more regular adjustment than most adults.

Junior & Espoir* positioning is available for $99. The one long session will address the foot and cleat position and the contact points and balance position on the bike.

If you want your kids to stay in cycling then getting them set-up in the right way is critical to their enjoyment, safety and performance.

The benefits of the correct type of coaching from a young age are critical to youngsters performing, staying injury free and staying engaged in the sport.

As the highest certified level USA Cycling Coach my job is to ensure each young athlete is training in the right way and developing the right physiological and movement capacity to protect them from injury and ensure they reach their full potential as a cyclist in Road cycling, Mountain Bike, Triathlon & Cyclo-Cross.

We will leverage the same philosophies used in professional cycling to ensure the optimal development of your young athlete.

High School Athletes - $99/ 4 week

College Athletes - $150/ 4 weeks
